India's Ispat to call bondholders meeting on restructuring convertibles

New York, Sept. 27 - Ispat Industries Ltd. said it will call a bondholders meeting on Oct. 21 to consider a proposal to restructure its 3% euro convertible bonds.

Ispat is a Mumbai, India, steelmaker.
