India's Ispat calls meeting of euro convertible holders for Nov. 18

New York, Nov. 17 - Ispat Industries Ltd. said it will hold a meeting on Nov. 18 for holders to consider a proposed restructuring of its 3% euro convertible bonds.

The Mumbai, India, steelmaker previously held a meeting on Oct. 21, but there was no quorum.
