Moody’s drops Isola USA, loan

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Isola USA Corp.'s corporate family rating to Caa2 from B3, probability of default rating to Caa2-PD from B3-PD and senior secured term loan to B3 from B2.

The outlook was changed to negative from stable.

Moody’s said the downgrades reflect its expectations of continuing softness in the company's operating performance over the next year as well the growing risk that Isola's overall debt structure may be unsustainable.
