Isle of Capri to redeem $50 million portion of 5 7/8% notes due 2021

Columbus, Ohio, March 13 – Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. called a $50 million portion of its $500 million 5 7/8% senior notes due 2021 for redemption, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on April 11 at 102.938 plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The redemption will be funded by proceeds of the company’s recent sale of property in Marquette, Iowa, available cash and credit facility borrowings.

Isle of Capri is a St. Louis-based gaming and entertainment company.
