Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes tied to gold, silver ETFs

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 10 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 20, 2023 linked to the least performing of the SPDR Gold Trust and the iShares Silver Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the least performing ETF gain.

If the least performing ETF declines up to 10%, investors will receive par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing ETF beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 17.

The Cusip number is 06747NZL1.
