New Issue: Scotia prices $2.08 million Trigger PLUS linked to iShares Silver Trust

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 8 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $2.08 million of 0% Trigger PLUS due Jan. 6, 2027 linked to the iShares Silver Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the ETF return, capped at par plus 58%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF return is negative but ends at or above the 80% trigger and will lose 1% for every 1% decline if it ends below the trigger level.

Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
