New York, Oct. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.37 million of autocallable yield notes due Oct. 23, 2026 linked to the SPDR Gold Trust, the VanEck Gold Miners ETF and the iShares Silver Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.35%, paid monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of each underlying fund is greater than or equal to its initial price on any monthly review date starting April 22, 2024.
If the worst performing ETF ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
