iShares gives details for three new BlackRock-sponsored iShares ETFs

San Diego, March 29 - iShares, Inc. gave more details about three of its newest BlackRock, Inc.-sponsored funds, according to an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. All trade on the BATS exchange.

The portfolio managers for the funds will be James Mauro and Scott Radell. Each manager will supervise a portfolio management team.

The iShares Emerging Markets High Yield Bond Fund will trade under the symbol "EMHY." It will seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Morningstar Emerging Markets High Yield Bond index, which tracks the performance of the high-yield dollar-denominated emerging market sovereign and corporate bond market. The fund will generally invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the index.

The total annual fund operating expenses will be 0.65%, which is comprised solely of a management fee.

The iShares Global ex USD High Yield Corporate Bond Fund will trade under the symbol "HYXU." It will seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Markit iBoxx Global Developed Markets ex-U.S. High Yield index.

The index is a rules-based index consisting of high-yield corporate bonds denominated in euros, pounds sterling and Canadian dollars. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and may, at times, invest up to 20% of its assets in futures contracts, options on futures contracts, options, swaps, cash and cash equivalents.

The total annual fund operating expenses will be 0.55%, which is comprised solely of a management fee.

The iShares Global High Yield Corporate Bond Fund will trade under the symbol "GHYG." It will seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Markit iBoxx Global Developed Markets High Yield index, which is a rules-based index consisting of high-yield corporate bonds denominated in dollars, euros, British pounds sterling and Canadian dollars. The fund will generally invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and in investments that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in the index.

The total annual fund operating expenses will be 0.55%, which is comprised solely of a management fee.
