Isbre Holding raises $2.23 million from private placement

New York, June 27 - Isbre Holding Corp. closed a private placement for $2,225,000 with a Norwegian investment company.

So far, the Norwegian investor has purchased $4 million in equity from Isbre over the past two years.

The terms of the offering could not be determined Tuesday.

Proceeds from the latest offering will be used for the construction of a bottling plant in Osa, Norway; the construction of infrastructure and piping systems for the bottling plant; and the construction and development of the company's first U.S.-based bottling plant.

Based in Montvale, N.J., Isbre distributes bulk water, spring water and other bottled water products.

The company's stock climbed 33.33%, or 25 cents, to end at $1.00 (Pink Sheets: ISBH).
