Irvine Ranch Water District, Calif., eyes $117.51 million sale of COPs

New York, Aug. 11 – The Irvine Ranch Water District of California is set to price $117,505,000 of series 2016 certificates of participation, according to a preliminary official statement.

The COPs (/AAA/AAA) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as the underwriter.

The certificates are due 2021 to 2046.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements at the Michelson Water Reclamation Plant Biosolids and Energy Recovery Facilities and other water and wastewater facilities.
