New Issue: Argentina’s IRSA prices notes in two tranches via auction

Chicago, Sept. 6 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA priced two classes of notes via public auction, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company priced $85.17 million 10% notes due Nov. 15, 2020 at 103.77.

Additionally, the company issued CLP 31.5 billion 10½% notes due Aug. 6, 2020 at par.

Both issues will be used for liability management.

IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones is a real estate company based in Buenos Aires.
