New York, May 13 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA priced $96,347,038 of 10% class 1 notes due Nov. 15, 2020 at par, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be issued on May 15.

The real estate company is based in Buenos Aires.
