New Issue: Argentina’s IRSA sells ARS 384.23 million class 7 floaters, $184.51 million 7% notes

Chicago, Sept. 2 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA issued ARS 384.23 million of floating-rate class 7 notes due 2019 and $184.51 million of 7% class 8 notes due 2019.
IRSA issued the 7% notes at par and the floaters at par with a rate of Badlar plus 299 basis points, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it received orders for almost 11.9 times the amount initially offered.
IRSA is a Buenos Aires-based real estate, shopping center and hotel company.
