IRSA to hold noteholders meeting Dec. 28

Washington, Dec. 16 - IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA is calling for a noteholders meeting at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28 at its offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Meeting participants will consider an amendment to its $37.38 million principal amount of class III mortgage notes due 2009.

Efforts to reach the company to find out the content of the amendment were unsuccessful.
