New Issue: Argentina's IRSA sells $150 million 11½% 10-year notes at 97.838

Pittsburgh, July 15 - IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA sold $150 million of 11½% class 2 notes due July 20, 2020 at a price of 97.838, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company's board of directors approved the sale of up to $250 million of the class 2 notes.

The notes will be issued under IRSA's $400 million global notes program.

IRSA is a Buenos Aires-based real estate, shopping center and hotel company.
