Argentina’s IRSA sets up redemption for series IX notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 10 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA will early redeem all its series IX notes due March 1, 2023 on Feb. 17, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption will total $58,174,905 plus accrued interest.

IRSA is a real estate company based in Buenos Aires.
