New Issue: Argentina’s IRSA sells $58.12 million of local notes due 2024

Concord, N.H., Aug. 24 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA has issued $58,124,596 of notes in the local capital markets at par to yield 3.9%, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest payments are fixed with semiannual payments, and the initial exchange rate is 97.3150 Argentine pesos per U.S. dollar.

The company’s series XIII notes amortize in three installments including 25% of the capital on Aug. 26, 2023, 25% on Feb 26, 2024 and 50% at maturity.

IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones is a real estate company based in Buenos Aires.
