Argentina's IRSA extends offering of up to $150 million 10-year notes

Seattle, Jan. 24 - IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA extended the subscription period for its offering of up to $150 million class 1 fixed-rate notes due 2017 to 8 a.m. ET on Jan. 26 from Jan. 24, according to a 6-K report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The notes will be issued under the company's $200 million global note program. The issue price and interest rate are to be determined.

The minimum subscription amount is $2,000, and subscriptions can be made in increments of $1,000 thereafter.

The placement agents are Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in the United States and Citicorp Capital Markets SA in Argentina.

The notes are rated raA+ by Standard & Poor's and A-(arg) by Fitch Ratings.

IRSA is a Buenos Aires, Argentina-based real estate, shopping center and hotel company.
