Madison, Wis., May 9 - IRPC PCL issued 15 billion baht of debentures in six series, according to a notice.
Series 1, 2 and 3 were issued under a public offering, and series 4, 5 and 6 were issued through a private placement.
Series 1 and 4 consist of 3.96% three-year debentures and total 1.37 billion baht and 3.38 billion baht, respectively.
Series 2 and 5 consist of 4½% five-year debentures and total 1.94 billion baht and 1.42 billion baht, respectively.
Series 3 and 6 consist of 4.96% seven-year debentures and total 2.94 billion baht and 3.95 billion baht, respectively.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used for working capital or to refinance existing debt.
The new debentures have been rated A-(tha) by Fitch Rating (Thailand) Ltd.
IRPC is a petrochemical company based in Bangkok.
