S&P affirms IRPC

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB- long-term corporate credit rating on IRPC PCL, along with the BBB- issue rating on its $250 million senior unsecured notes due May 25, 2017.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect an expectation that the company's financial strength will stabilize in 2013, S&P said.

The agency said it expects IRPC's credit ratios to be adequate for its significant financial risk profile for the next two to three years.
