By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Sept. 9 – Iron Mountain Europe plc, a subsidiary of Iron Mountain Inc., began a two-day London roadshow on Tuesday for a £350 million offering of eight-year senior notes (expected ratings Ba1/B+), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Wednesday, and the deal is expected to price thereafter.

Joint physical bookrunner JPMorgan will bill and deliver. Barclays is also a joint physical bookrunner.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole CIB and Wells Fargo Securities are joint bookrunners.

Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC, Morgan Stanley, PNC and RBS are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

The Boston-based provider of storage and information management services plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.
