New York, Jan. 17 - Irish Mag, Inc. plans to settle a $14.95 million private placement.
Two investors have agreed to buy 7,868,422 shares at $1.90 each.
The first closing of the deal is expected to occur Jan. 31 for half of the shares. The second closing is set to take place April 30.
Based in St. Petersburg, Fla., Irish Mag provides consulting services for the commercial print industry.
