Irish Bank Resolution has restructuring credit event, ISDA decides

New York, Feb. 13 - The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. determined that a restructuring credit event occurred for Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd., according to a news release.

As a result, the EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee will hold a meeting on Feb. 14 to decide whether one or more auctions should be held.

Dublin-based Irish Bank Resolution is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
