Ireland revises warrants sold in 2007, 2009, 2010 private placements

Expiration date extended to Jan. 15, 2014 from Nov. 30, 2013

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 2 - Ireland Inc. revised the terms of the warrants sold in private placements on Nov. 26, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The warrants, for 22,572,827 shares, were issued in 2007, 2009 and 2010 and are each exercisable at $0.75.

The company extended the expiration date of the warrants to Jan. 15, 2014 from Nov. 30, 2013.

Located in Blaine, Wash., Ireland is a silver and gold exploration company.
