India’s IRB Infrastructure board to discuss issuing debt securities

Olympia, Wash., April 23 – IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Saturday to consider a proposal to raise funds through issuing debt securities.

Based in Mumbai, IRB is an infrastructure development and construction company.
