New Issue: IP Live raises £1.5 million from private placement of stock

New York, Sept. 30 - IP Live plc said it has completed a private placement for £1,501,100.
The company sold 2,144,429 shares at 70p each to a group of new and existing institutional investors.
Proceeds will be used expand the company's activities in the live entertainment industry.
Based in London, IP Live invests in live entertainment and touring productions.
