Iowa Finance to sell up to $60 million bonds for Iowa Health in August

New York, June 24 - The Iowa Finance Authority is planning to sell up to $60 million in new money bonds for Iowa Health System in August, according to a notice released Wednesday.

The offering is part of a plan of finance that also includes the conversion of or refinancing of existing bonds.

The plan includes the refinancing of the health system's series 2005A variable-rate bonds and series 2008A variable-rate bonds.

The plan of finance is dependent upon market conditions, according to the notice.
