Moody's rates Iowa mortgage bonds Aaa
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aaa rating with stable outlook to $80 million of Iowa Finance Authority's single family mortgage bonds, 2008 series A, B and C.
The issue includes $26.625 million of series A (AMT), $13.375 million of series B (AMT) and $40 million of series C (AMT).
The series 2008B and 2008C bonds also received a VMIG 1 rating.
The outlook is stable.
