Iomai files $75 million debt securities, stock shelf

Seattle, March 23 - Iomai Corp. registered to sell up to $75 million of securities in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Covered by the shelf are debt securities, common stock, preferred stock and warrants. Preferred stock and debt securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used to develop product candidates, to discover additional product candidates, to repay outstanding debt, for general corporate purposes and, potentially, to in-license product candidates or invest in complementary businesses or technologies.

Iomai is a biopharmaceutical company based in Gaithersburg, Md.
