IOL Netcom hopes to issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 28 - IOL Netcom Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 28 to issue fully convertible debentures.

Mumbai, India-based IOL Netcom is an integrated communications provider in internet and video, data and voice services.
