Fitch affirms IOI

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed IOI Corp. Bhd.'s long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at BBB+.

The outlook is stable.

The senior unsecured rating on IOI Ventures (L) Bhd.'s $500 million of notes due 2015, guaranteed by IOI, was affirmed at BBB+.

The affirmation reflects IOI's strong operating cash generation and liquidity and its modest financial leverage, according to the agency.
