Hungary's Invitel Holdings subsidiary redeems floating-rate PIK notes

San Diego, Feb. 22 - Invitel Holdings A/S said its subsidiary HTCC HoldCo I BV has fully redeemed its outstanding floating-rate senior PIK notes due 2013.

The notes were redeemed on Feb. 22 at a price of 101 plus accrued interest, according to a press release.

The Bank of New York Mellon, acting as trustee, will cancel the redeemed notes.

Invitel is a Budapest-based telecommunications services provider.
