American Rock Salt plans roadshow for $200 million seven-year secured notes in April 11 week

Portland, Ore., April 8 - American Rock Salt Co. LLC will conduct an investor roadshow during the April 11 week for a $200 million offering of seven-year second-lien senior secured notes (B3/CCC+), according to an informed source.

An investor call is set for 10:30 a.m. ET on Monday.

The deal is expected to price late in the April 11 week.

Morgan Stanley & Co. has the books for the Rule 144A for life offering. RBS Securities Inc. is the co-manager.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Retsof, N.Y.-based producer of highway deicing rock salt plans to use the proceeds to repay debt at the holding company and fund a dividend.
