ICD Funding cancels $80 million from two series of notes

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 7 – ICD Funding Ltd. canceled $80 million from two series of notes, according to multiple notices.

ICD repurchased $20 million in nominal amount of its $500 million 4.625% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1069870415) and $60 million in nominal amount of its $600 million 3.223% notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2248081601).

There are $480 million of the 2024 notes and $540 million of the 2026 notes now left outstanding.

ICD Funding is a debt issuing vehicle based in the Cayman Islands and is a funding vehicle for Investment Corp. of Dubai.
