Moody's: Investcorp notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Ba2 rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Investcorp SA and guaranteed by Investcorp Bank BSC.

The outlook is negative.

Moody's said the foreign-currency debt ratings assigned are in line with Investcorp's and Investcorp Bank's Ba2 deposit ratings, both with negative outlooks.

The notes will rank pari passu with other senior unsecured obligations of both the issuer and guarantor.
