Fitch affirms Investcorp

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Investcorp Bank BSC and its subsidiaries Investcorp SA and Investcorp Capital Ltd. at long-term issuer default rating BBB, short-term rating F2, individual B/C and support 5. Investcorp Bank and Investcorp SA were affirmed at support no floor, and Investcorp Capital's senior debt rating was affirmed at BBB.

The outlook is positive.

According to Fitch, the ratings reflect the strength of Investcorp's Gulf-based franchise, diversified funding mix, good liquidity, strong profitability and demonstrated alternative investment expertise.
