Invesco updates portfolio management for its Van Kampen fund, trust

Milwaukee, June 14 - Invesco Ltd. announced changes to the portfolio management for the Invesco Van Kampen Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund and the Invesco Van Kampen Senior Income Trust.
Management teams at Invesco Advisers, Inc. and Avenue Europe International Management, LP will make investment decisions for the trust and the fund.
Directly responsible for the fund portfolio are Gerard Fogarty, Philip Yarrow, Richard Furst and Raul Ramirez. Fogarty and Yarrow will also jointly manage the trust portfolio.
Fogarty and Yarrow are with Invesco Advisers, and Furst and Ramirez are with Avenue Europe.
Fogarty has been managing the fund since 2008. Prior to joining Invesco Adviser, he worked at Van Kampen Asset Management and was a director in JP Morgan's financial institutions group.
Yarrow has managed the fund since 2007. Before joining Invesco Adviser, he was an executive director with Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was a credit analyst and a portfolio manager at Bank One/JP Morgan.
Before working for Avenue Europe, Furst was a portfolio manager with Moore Capital Group. Prior to that, he was a managing director and head of U.S. special situations trading for Bank of America. Furst was also a vice president in the high-yield and distressed trading and research department of Salomon Brothers, Inc.
Ramirez was previously a portfolio manager at Goldentree Asset Management UK focused on European investments. Before that, he was executive director of the special situations group at Morgan Stanley and head of European distressed research.
