Invesco announces portfolio management changes to some municipal funds

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 6 – Invesco Advisers, Inc. said it has made portfolio management changes to several of its closed-end municipal funds.

According to a press release, the following funds added managers, effective this year:

• The Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II added William Black, Mark Paris, James Phillips and Julius Williams.

• The Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust added Black, Paris and Phillips.

• The Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust added Thomas Byron, Robert Stryker, Williams and Robert Wimmel.

• Invesco Municipal Opportunity Trust added Black, Paris, Phillips and Williams;

• Invesco Municipal Trust added Black, Paris, Phillips and Williams;

• Invesco Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust added Black, Paris and Phillips;

• Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust added Black, Paris, Phillips and Williams;

• Invesco Trust for Investment Grade Municipals added Black, Paris, Phillips and Williams;

• Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals added Black, Paris and Phillips;

• Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust added Black, Paris, Phillips and Williams; and

The investment adviser to Invesco funds is a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Invesco Ltd.
