Argentina's Inversora Juramento to sell ARS 75 million 18-month notes

Pittsburgh, Feb. 23 - Inversora Juramento SA plans to issue up to ARS 75 million of 18-month class 1 variable-rate notes at par under its $100 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The issuance amount can be increased to ARS 100 million.

The minimum subscription amount will be ARS 1,000, and the notes will be sold in ARS 1 increments after that.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the notes BBB+(arg).

The notes will accrue interest at the private Badlar rate, plus a margin that will be announced later.

Banco Macro SA is the agent.

Inversora Juramento is a Salta, Argentina, cattle farming company.
