American Reprographics shareholder Blum Capital buys 615,391 shares

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 9 - American Reprographics Co. investors led by Blum Capital Partners, LP purchased 615,391 shares of the company's common stock for $7.65 to $9.31 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The purchases were made between Sept. 8 and Oct. 7.

The investors beneficially own 3,622,728 shares, or 8%, of the company's stock.

On Sept. 9, the investors reported beneficial ownership of a 6.6% stake in the company.

American Reprographics provides business-to-business document management services and is based in Walnut Creek, Calif.
