Wells Fargo Advantage Intrinsic funds' manager, Graham, set to retire

Minneapolis, Feb. 23 - Wells Fargo Advantage Large Cap Stock Funds announced that effective March 30, David Graham will retire from Metropolitan West Capital Management and will no longer serve as a portfolio manager to the Intrinsic Value Fund or the VT Intrinsic Value Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gary Lisenbee and Jeffrey Peck will continue to manage the funds after that time.

Metropolitan West is the funds' subadviser.

The funds' adviser is San Francisco-based Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC.
