Moody's affirms Intrawest

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed all ratings of Intrawest Corp., including its B1 senior unsecured debt ratings and Ba3 corporate family rating.

In addition, Moody's changed the outlook to developing from stable as a result of Intrawest's intention to review strategic options to enhance shareholder value, which could include a capital restructure review, strategic partnerships, or business combinations.
