Greece’s Intralot buys back €3.5 million more 5¼% notes due 2024

New York, May 14 – Greece’s Integrated Lottery Systems and Services (Intralot SA) said that an affiliate of issuer Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA repurchased a further €3.5 million of its 5¼% senior notes due 2024.

The affiliate bought €2.7 million of the notes on May 9 and €800,000 on May 11, according to an announcement.

Intralot previously said on May 10 that an affiliate had purchased €1.5 million of the notes.

The latest buybacks bring the total held by Intralot to €5 million.

Including the notes repurchased, the company has €500 million of the issue outstanding.

The issuer and its affiliates may continue purchasing notes or reselling them in one or more series of open market transactions from time to time, the latest announcement noted.

Intralot is an Athens-based provider of technology and electronic systems to the gaming industry.
