Greece’s Intralot affiliate buys back €1.5 million 5¼% notes due 2024

Chicago, May 10 – Greece’s Integrated Lottery Systems and Services (Intralot SA) said that an affiliate of Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA, the issuer, has repurchased €1.5 million principal amount of its 5¼% senior notes due 2024.

After the repurchase, €500 million principal amount of the notes due 2024, including the repurchased notes, remains outstanding, according to a company notice.

The issuer and its affiliates may continue purchasing notes or reselling them in one or more series of open market transactions from time to time, the release noted.

Intralot is an Athens-based provider of technology and electronic systems to the gaming industry.
