Intralot cancels €144.43 million of senior notes from two series

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 10 – Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA canceled €44.49 million of its 5¼% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1685704576), leaving none outstanding, and €99,942,000 million of its €455.51 million 5¼% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1685702794), leaving €355,568,000 outstanding, according to multiple notices.

The issuer is a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of the Greek lottery company Intralot, SA.
