Fitch affirms Intesa Sanpaolo

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Intesa Sanpaolo SpA's €30 billion euro commercial paper and certificate of deposit program at F1+.

Under the program, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Ireland plc and Societe Europeene de Banque SA issue securities that benefit from a guarantee issued by Intesa Sanpaolo (AA-/stable/F1+).
