Intesa Sanpaolo calls all additional tier 1 notes issue from 2017

Chicago, April 16 – Intesa Sanpaolo SpA is calling for early redemption all €246,923,000 remaining 6¼% additional tier 1 notes issued on May 16, 2017 (ISIN: XS1614415542), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par with accrued interest to the redemption date, May 16.

The financial services company is based in Turin, Italy.
