S&P lifts SES view to positive

Standard & Poor’s said it revised the outlook on SES SA to positive from stable.

The agency also said it affirmed the company’s BBB long-term and A-2 short-term corporate credit ratings.

The agency also said it affirmed the BBB rating on SES’ various senior unsecured debt instruments.

The outlook revision reflects the possibility that S&P could raise the rating on SES if it continues to report robust revenue and EBITDA growth, coupled with a decrease of its capital expenditure.

Despite s forecast of an increase in shareholder returns, the agency said it expect SES to reach relatively strong credit metrics in the coming 18 months.
