Moody's confirms Interstate

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc.'s corporate family rating at Caa1 and Interstate Operating Co., LP's senior secured debt at Caa1.

The outlook is negative.

The action follows the announcement that Interstate has extended its secured credit facility to 2012 and addressed the technical default issues that had surfaced in March, according to the agency.
