Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - Interstate Data USA, Inc. completed a $1.08 million private placement of stock on Oct. 10, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 358,333 common shares at $3.00 apiece.

Interstate Data focuses on providing online custom trip planning with detailed interstate information to travelers in the United States. The private company is based in Houston.
